i think the most important take away i have ~ having spent hours on this ~ is very simply this

when jav took control of the fccn shell ~ ftds <that had been in place since 2005> were never cleaned up ~ and since i've tended to focus on aero since they came public in oct of 07 ~
this was a good exercise ~ <because i just reacquainted myself with filings from 2007> i'd completely forgotten about the
ftd's in the fccn shell

for new eyes ~ before it gets too *involved* ~ jav took control of the fccn shell ~ shown via the 8k filing on 8/16/06 ~ essentially they were hired to clean up the fccn shell for aero to come public thru ~ that was originally planned for jun of 2007 and was then pushed out to sep/oct of 2007 ~

again .. if one is really interested ~ in comparing and contrasting ~ go to the first of these posts <link back>
and click on the links at the bottom ~ and print out all of this info ~ it's all there in black and white ~ but it
takes a while to digest ~

the reality is aero lost at a minimum ~ 2 consecutive q's in 2008 ~ due to other events ~ but what is really without dispute ~ is folks didn't get *shaken* out ~ not from the jav
*promo* ~ that was waning in early 2007 ~ not from aero coming public via the r/m in oct 2007 ~ <remember that 2 week period from 10/5/07 to 10/19/07 ... lol> and even when things looked *bleak* back in april of 2008 ~ when the pps was *broken* to
.0005 ~

it would take ~ hunsaker's gift on a silver platter of those 125M shares that hit the float after 10/3/08 ~ to bring the pps back down to .0005 and yep to a new 52 week low ~ of .0001

it's crystal clear to me that aerp has a massive NSS position ~ i'm not asking anyone to agree with my take ~ this isn't
something that can be *learned* in a weekend ~ i've spent
over a year ~ educating myself

just want to remind the longs ~ that aero's *true* valuation
will have no correlation ~ to what *they* will have to run
the pps to ~ just one of the reasons i'm so looking forward
to the upcoming 8k's being *filed* ~

won't it be nice to play these sobs at their own game ~
for over 2 years ~ they have beaten down the pps ~ <based
on everything i've been *digesting*> ~ my figure of 1B
is most likely conservative ~ i'm still working
on the months of jan 2007 to july of 2007 ~

notice the first month ~ with *volume* ~ the promotion was waning ~ the pps *intra day* hit a high of .065 ~ actually

*erosion* on the pps ~ and it really never looked back ~

now back to the time line

jav was essentially responsible for things ~ from aug of 2006 thru 10/4/07

aero comes public ~ oct of 07 ~ and pursues their business plan ~ that is to switch out from low vol indy dealers to a distribution network ~ which means hiring a national sales manager ~ which they did ~ their coup are allied and henschel ~ and the folks who made the calls know just what it took ~
to complete henschel's first order ~ <that was may 08>

a few things happened in fairly short order ~ their loi on dr. gas <didn't progress> ~ their interim cfo resigned <another
jav special> due to an sec investigation on another co. from 2003 ~ and aero terminated jav adv group ~ due to *loose lips* and anyone making a call and asking knows exactly what
i'm talking about ~ re: events there

aero's management entered *stealth* back in mar/apr of
2008 ~ and with hindsight .. i don't blame them one iota

if you click on the website for the media archive ~

you'll find something interesting ~ the pr's keep *diminishing*

since oct 1, 2008 <and the move to business wire .. :)> aerp has put out 16 pr's ~ this includes the newsletters ~ which most regulars know are a re-cap of the pr's ~ so that is 16 total in almost 6 months ~

to give you a comparison ~ from jan 2008 to end of apr 2008 ~ 26 pr's were generated ~ 4 months .. hmm ~

one thing most who've done the due ~ can't accuse aero's management of ~ since may of 2008 ~ is putting out ~ pr's

as a matter of fact as an aero sor since jan of 2007 ~ i get a wee bit cranky when we go without news for over 8 weeks ~ and i'm not the only sor who feels that way ~ nor am i shy in
letting *utah* know my feelings ~

NITE Is in the no. 1 spot ~ 15 months ~ tellingly one of the months they *miss* is aug of 2008 ~ when aero was uplisting to the otc bb ~ and in oct of 2007 ~ when there is virtually no difference between their volume and sbsh ~

one might notice ~ for most of 07 and early into 08
it's nite and sbsh ~ with seab and vfin in the supporting roles

starting in may of 2008 ~ it's still nite ~ but it's now ubss
as the secondary player ~ glbt is interesting to me ~ suspect
they were first used in jun of 2008 to dispose of shane's
shares <50M> ~ and one will notice as seab falls by the wayside
after the *termination* ~ glbt pops up on occasion ~

last 4 months ~ the lion's share of all all volume done
on aerp ~ is done by nite ~ it's actually quite stunning
to see ~ previously the volume was more *evenly* split out

no longer ~
