Jared may sell well under the price shareholders want, but if the deal is structured where the shareholders get shares of the acquiring company, he can say that someday shareholders will see their price. Bottom line is, we aren't the ones putting in the long hours. You cannot blame the guy if he takes the cash and relieves himself of the pressures of running a company with such huge potential. He has an opportunity to live comfortably and spend more time with his family. That's what we all want, but we are gambling on it achieving it by investing in a penny stock.
