Thanks Dew. I guess this is one area where the old flagrant practice of repricing stock options could actually work in shareholder's favor.

If repricing is no longer possible/legal, perhaps an alternate solution would be to just dole out a bunch of new ultra low priced options to make up for all the underwater ones.
