Megan McCain claimed she was an independent before but that's besides the point. Laura Ingram's attack against her was childish and petty. Instead of debating Megan on substance, she resorted to attacking her because she's not an anorexic stick figure like Coulter and herself.

John McCain seems simply incapable of defending the women in his life. If he can't stand up for his own daughter against a mean-spirited attack by a shallow woman who craves attention, how would he protect this country against Al-Qaeda?
