This isn't "living in constant fear", this is our reaction to their declaration of war. The constitution is our shield, it's our legal right, and they are shredding it. That is a declaration of war on the people. Either bury your head and continue to believe this is a black/white or democrat/republican or conservative/liberal issue, or recognize what's really going on behind that.
