I was just watching cnbc and there was something about some guy back in the 50's I believe and went and bought up stock in just about every stock that was under a dollar at that time. I didn't catch much of it but it pretty much said he made a heck of a lot of money. If you think about it, he was betting that there were a certain amount maybe only 5-10% that were going to go big. And the others would probalby average to a profit also. A percentage that would stay flat, a percentage that will go down, and a percentage that will go bk. Either way the gains can go a lot higher and the lows can only go so low. Just a little thinking out loud.
