Crafty55, have you read ASFX's SEC filings?;

They spelled out all of the convertible stock in their Pinksheet filings, but here is the official documents;

If they ever file a Form 10 or even a Pinksheet filing, it will show the $hundreds of thousands of notes they are currently in default on. It seems nobody here sees it or are purposely ignoring it. It will cause the further demise of the share price here, thus the reason for the massive increase in Authorized Shares.
