In the chart you posted, what is the significance of the safety evaluation arrow going from day-6 of cohort B to day-8 of cohort C? T.i.a.

Only thing I heard on the call was the implication that they did a safety evaluation at that point before going to higher cohorts. I don't think it is at day 6-8 per say but just before proceeding to the next cohort (Dan Welch made a similar comment on going from group b to group c even though no arrow appears on the chart)
