I believe it will be us. As far as fund companies are concerned, I don't believe they would get involved with such a small company with so much uncertainty. They will get involved later (if and when we get good news and SP moves up).

Some that have been selling probably don't want to wait any longer. There is nothing wrong with waiting to get in Cortex if they announce good news. If Cortex is going to be successful, the upside won't be over after a few good announcements.
