Well how about Blaydon Capital? They seem to have a NASTY convertible debtunture out on this stock with a conversion price EQUAL to 60% of the LOWEST closing bid price of the common stock!

That is a sure sign of a company that does not value their shares or is desperate for cash at the expense of the shareholders.
