Thanks, as far as I can tell, the ASFX documentation on the SEC lists that there IS an accredited investor in MN that participated in the offering, but lists no names anywhere. So, I don't think there's any specific verification that they are the ones involved. I'll send an email to the CFO to see if she can confirm.
