I'll bet Jones Exhaust makes less than
$6 mil in revs...and business could be
declining as well. Afterall, they reduced
number of employees from 130 to 70, and reduced
facilities sq ft by half. Why would they sell
for $2 mil in cash and $1.1 mil in liabilities if
they are worth so much more?

Interesting, eh?
