Traderfan, the news about the cessation of the penalty was very welcomed. But, it could not compensate for the earnings loss coupled with the bonuses management gave themselves.

Since the AIG bonus situation was the headline in my morning's paper, I couldn't help but think of the DDI situation. A fleeting thought occurred to me: "Wouldn't it be a terrific gesture if Ron smith & Company renounced their bonuses and pledged not to take any sort of bonuses until DDI becomes cash flow positive?" Seems fair to me. A great PR move also.
