I reiterate, I was giving my opinion of why the PPS did not go up. I have been with QBID a long time and have faith they will succeed. The catch to the message you posted is in the very last sentence. It says "The funds will be released from escrow upon satisfaction of the remaining conditions, including consummation of the bankruptcy plan."
