kinda funny, because the wording was "All shareholders holding less than 100 shares pre-Reverse Split will not be affected by the Reverse Split" but apparently exactly 100 shares pre-split were "not affected" as well. just goes to show, that deciphering the phraseology/wording isn't so clear cut.
