Well some pretty ugly stuff happened in Q4 in the O&G sector as well as the general market so tempering expectations is probably wise.

I didn't even get into Q4 performance with Steve (he wouldn't be able to comment anyway) but I expect some non-cash write-downs in intangibles that will affect the quarter and annual results.

It seems a bit rough lately.
