Did not fail on closing basis...apart of that the May lows were lower, probably the October lows should be watched. And while responding,just took the double bucker from BRCM here at $35.70... oh, and that gain was the "second positive" thing about that BRCM entry catching a falling knife (I saw it with horror going under $33 minutes later, bloody fingers, at the time).
