A very odd thing about the markets is that they are rarely rational ! Too many times they just don't react according to a kind of collective wisdom !
I also would have made a fairly sizeable side bet that ERHE would have immediately gone much higher as soon as a drill rig had been contracted and a definite time frame announced !!! Frustrating to say the least !!!!
