weo... you are correct about the markets being forward looking and looking forward, the market does not believe there will be a divy or anything else. does it make sense to you that the stock is below the supposed divy? that should tell you what the market things. and why does the market think this? because management is completely untrustworthy. and why would the market feel this way? because of past performance. so i do not understand how the past coule be seen as having no impact on the future expectations for the company. the company is garbage and the management is worse than that. imho
