I looked in their filings no further details....my guess would be patients get a free trial version when they leave the hospital. After the free trial expires they are offered a way to pay to be allowed to maintain and add other info to their Personal Health Record. Probably something like MMR Pro will offer with that Patient Free view version which patients can upgrade to full paid version.
