MY next door neighbor is a banker and was with the bank I now detest for many reasons.

He will come over occassionally - I give it to him every time. I am relentless. Sadly the best banker I ever met - great guy gave me a mortgage when I moved without a job and was on EI. prepapproved me based onmy earning potential.

He nows is a mortgagge broker because the bank didnt take him back after he did his 18 months in jail. I guess I can understand that one. He did steal $1.2 Million from them and they threw him in jail.

he got into some margin trouble in the dot com bust and created accounts to chase his losses
