I know that invest1980, the point I was making is that AFTER the dividend isn't paid and this thing fades away, existing shareholders won't be able to liquidate at a gain with the subsequent company that comes into the dormant BZTG shell because it will be reversed AGAIN...

I was responding to the suggestion that when BZTG dies, they could simply wait for the next group to take over the shell and sell when they run it.
