LOL!!! I've got another I follow that has turned "soon" into a running joke.
Clearly do not see ANY of those sorts of issues, here. New executive level staff hirings last year preceded the creation of new products. That, and some repackaging of existing products, was paired with a refocusing of the sales efforts. That was followed up by the hiring of new sales staff... and, we hear rumors that revenues are flowing, that sales are going well enough to meet the plan...
They are working on growing the business at a pretty good pace... but, it DOES take time to build a business, basically from scratch, and once you have built it, it still takes time for the new hires to deliver and then build on past performance... and still more time for that performance to show up in quarterly and annual reports as reportable numbers...
I'm perfectly happy with the effort I see being applied here, and with the results of the effort to date that ARE apparent. I also understand that investors do have a tendency to think of their stocks as "stocks" instead of as companies where people go to work each day and apply themselves to advancing the businesses incrementally, one sale at a time, one days effort at a time... while understanding the reasons that performance miracles don't happen in a day only in relation to their own jobs...
