I told you already, I could care less what they own or don't own. I didn't buy this looking for financials.

The cash divy is not based on whether they are profitable or not. It is based on the sale of the manganese. The company HAS stated it will pay a cash dividend to shareholders of record on June 30th, on August 31st. Again, may be a few days either way depending on the when the SEC sets the ex-dividend date. These are the company's words in an already released PR.

The rest of the nonsense here is just noise.
