Much of the risk is behind them as they paid off the prospect loan. It doesn't matter if the core isn't profitable now as there is enough room for growth in the sector and there is synergy between the parts (ie testing facility and installation ability in Channelview). Also I think the Mako segment can be as profitable as flotech ( OII's most lucrative segment is their ROV division).
