The DOW was in the 14000 range in Oct
2008 when it was clear Obama was the Democratic nominee. The media was clearly biased and McCain didn't have much of a chance. The year was closing and the street saw what was coming. Had nothing to do with GWB. I think you have your dates wrong. But I could be wrong to and I'm sure you will correct me if I am.
