Is it possible, just maybe, a teeeenie bit -

that the quiet period actually exists

that it's not a lie

and that we will get the "normal" communications from mgmt that we had before the PP which included only

quarterly and annual filings
major contracts (or MOUs) - new lease for offices would fall in this cat
new hires of upper mgmt
delivery of new designs

we never had periodic updates on small items, current project status, or forward looking statements so my interpretation of the situation is we won't have any until the registration is effective

That is also exactly what Steve Haag has said (in a different way) and I'll at least give a man the benefit of doubt. I'll be the last person to yell "liar" till I catch someone in one, then you will hear me.
