Guys. I don't think they can even get a deal done. Varney needs to act in the best interest of shareholders and sell the co. Unfortunately, management's arrogance got in the way here. I doubt they even have a plan.

History, does indeed repeat itself. Hey Roger, thanks for not disclosing the tox issue- great decision. Varney is the son paying for the sins of the father. (and making all of the same mistakes in the process.)
