EPIX is somewhat similar to ENCY's buyout by PFE...imo

.....ENCY's Thelin was Europe approved but turned down 3 times by the FDA.

EPIX's Vasovist is utilized in 34 countries but recently was FDA approved.

...There is also a valuable pipeline (incl prx 03140) but the short term question remains what value for Vasovist vs the $100 million loan.

btw...ENCY is no longer on the B V's "Recent Biotech Buyout" table in the Ibox.
