That's funny cause I have been involved in the penny stock world for over 20 years and few if any of the stocks I have been involved with exposing have ever spiked again.
Penny stocks can spike but it doesn't happen naturally, it takes work. Shayne killed what little chance there was of this spiking again with his bogus dividend announcement. All he managed to do was to freeze some of the big shareholders in place till August but aside from that, he blew it big time. I am so glad he announced it cause I knew if he did, it would light the fuse of his own destruction. It's one thing to announce a buyback of stock and wuss out on it with some BS about timing or markets but with a date specific dividend, he set an absolute date which he never will live up to. Sure he will try to push it back but too much has been invested in that amount on that date for it to work well. Nope.. this stock will linger until then and when he tries to squirm out of it... it will go poof.
