First off, perhaps he hasnt answered those question's in regards to the s.e.c., because they have no more knowledge about when this will be over, than you or I. The S.E.C. comments, they address the comments and await answers, once the S.E.C. has no further comments, the process ends.
Last I checked there wasnt a DPDW crystal ball, I doubt they know anymore than us. If they do, then that would be insider information, which would also be the reason they arent buying shares.
Personally I would rather they use the cash to continue building the company and its daily operations at this particular time(JMHO)
As far as "FLUFF" goes, Please show me one fluff press release.
The company has already stated that when the s-1 is declared effective they will inform the shareholders, If they were to tell you something now, IMO that would be "fluff".
All other information pertaining to the S-1 was filed with the S.E.C. and is available for all to see.
