The "we are holding all this cash for R&D" isn't going to work in the future as well as before.

But also they may be feeling confident that yes they have (don't say it)---a virtual monopoly.
And can rather then hoard cash keep the stock price healthy by being a reliable dividend source.
Keep it up, at 3 bucks--yeh that is little wild isn't it!:)
