Despite the misstatement that there is buying when in fact what we see is selling, you do bring up an interesting point and one that should be looked at seriously and that's the idea of BZTG repurchasing shares.

Last November or so, when Shayne Heffernan announced via a BZTG press release that the company was launching a share buyback, we quickly discovered that it was just another lie but now that concept and lie takes on even more significance and here's why.

Shayne has announced a .009 cash dividend for shareholders on June 30th. It's obvious to see that no one believes this claim and as if to add insult to injury, it's just as obvious that Shayne and BZTG don't believe their own press release.

Right now, if Shayne believed his own lies, the company could retain .009 of cash for every .006 it spends on repurchasing its own stock. Think of the saving that would represent. Dividend cash would be recycled back into the corporation check book for every share the corporation owns. Heck, if the company just took the stock up to .009 on the bid and sat there until June, every share it bought would be FREE since they would be retaining the cash dividend they would be paying themselves.

This isn't rocket science.. this is simple math and there is only ONE reason BZTG has not acted on its promise to repurchase shares for anything under $.01 (since it is exceptionally smart to repurchase shares for .001 as well) and that's because there is one person who has a totally accurate understanding of the chances of this bogus dividend being paid... Shayne Heffernan and he isn't about to spend the money he worked so hard to con people out of buying a stock he knows will never see a dividend. Besides, since Shayne is selling his stock regularly to pocket needed cash to sustain his high rolling pirate's lifestyle, IMO, it would be counterproductive to be buying at the same time.

It's very simple... if you want proof that there will be no dividend... just look at the price of the stock . If BZTG isn't willing to buy stock based upon the dividend then everyone else is very smart to follow suit and not buy it as well.
mmmmmk?
