RPDM fails to deliver charts: from what I see it took 16M counterfiet shares to box the stock.Trigger day was 10 December, on 11 December the MM's had counterfiet inventory on hand and were forced to distribute it. The OBV (share structure) stabilized around 22 December -46M shares lower than 9 December and the PPS followed .001 down to .0002.
