I wonder what the sales speel sounds like when trying to sell a company/shell that hasnt had much activity to say for years, has been r/s how many times? and has 8 Billions shares OS... etc etc... just how is something like this stock pitched to a prospective buyer? do they say how the new owner can dump shares and make $$$$$... just what do they pitch to a buyer that makes it appealing...im really curious as i dont understand the concept of a shell... and why it would be appealing over just starting fresh without a history.. especially one like this stock has..
