APOL insiders selling -- notice that it began on January 13, insiders dumping like the shares were diseased and and really started picking up steam from January 15.

January 13 -- citronresearch releases their report exposes APOL
January 15 -- citronresearch releases another report
ongoing -- tons and tons of whistle-blowing lawsuits

Looks like the APOL insiders are saying to themselves "the jig is up" and dumping. Notice how the president who was with them for 20 years mysteriously resigned without explanation to go work for another tiny company (for a tiny fraction of the salary). 2 years prior the CEO also resigned mysteriously after being there for years.
