FWIW, i got some follow on info from my previous inquiries for those who are interested (caveat emptor, i no longer am a shareholder).

Rumor, pure speculation, third hand knowledge ..... SEC and BIHC are in active discussions, Citi contract is a non-issue & fourth hand knowledge, Galo was an alias, but apparently exists.
