hi Toppcats,

So noted. I have been looking at this as the markets turned to new lows in the last month. It is a head scratcher and disconcerting for any bullish scenarios if the internals cannot reverse.

The other thing worth mentioning is how weak all the bounces have been since the May 2008 high. I don't think there has been more than a 25% retracement or rally of any leg down.

I'll have to give this a further look. Thanks.
