Sorry, it is worth a read. According to the article, their quality control person is a retired doctor who now farms. He did some product testing on some of his hogs, they lived, so the stun guns passed inspection. Most states do not require individuals to have a license or to register these stunners. Little Johnny can carry his in school legally.
