Is the only one who's filed a form 13 on this in the last 10 years.

Granted, owning shares of gbmr is a huge embarrasment but, there are laws.

How is it that sheppard continues to sell hundreds of millions of shares to the same handful of entities but, they never reach the level that requires them to file?
