Many moons ago, an iHubber (whose name utterly escapes me) claimed CSMG was apparently offered $25-30 million by a major entity for just one LTC application. The offer was supposedly turned down, according to the writer, as far too little. For entertainment purposes, let's accept that numerical offer, multiply it by six LTC divisional applications, and conservatively discount the already discounted product (i.e., $150 million) by 1/2. Thus, $150 MM x 1/2 = $75 million.

$75 MM - $15 MM (generous amount to settle all claims) = $60 MM

$60 MM / 45 MM shares = $1.33/sh

Let the bidding war begin. lol
