MaverickTrader, with Rainmaker’s post...

I did read it already. I have the utmost respect and trust from Rainmaker, but his source (Chloe DiVita) that gave him that information could have given him a canned response. I question the capacity of her role that she represents PNOT or what PNOT is actually doing for her to have told Rainmaker such.

Not trying to sound delusional, but if the response was not canned, then maybe she simply really doesn’t know what is going on. If this is the case and she really is sincere in what she is delivering as a response, then if I had to guess, I bet she doesn’t even know who PNOT and/or IP Video Networks, Inc. is. I have not spoken to Chloe DiVita (Rainmaker’s contact), but if this is the case, then I think she means no harm, but simply does not know and is not “in the know.”

Still, it was previously PR-ed that at the very least, PNOT was a subsidiary/division of IP Video Networks, Inc. (IPVN). Even if they are not actually merging into one another, they still really are one in the same in my opinion because of the “Parent” to “Subsidiary” relationship and as indicative from clicking on both of their websites. Click on them both and observe how they are the exact same websites:
http://www.ipvidnet.com/
http://www.path1.com/

Heck, who knows? Maybe they will remain as such to one another and maybe it’s one of their major clients that is merging into PNOT? Whatever is going on I think will be revealed one way or another, but will still be very positive for us PNOT shareholders. I could be very wrong in these thoughts, but I am willing to hold or buy more if it dips to risk that the outcome will somehow be very positive.
