I didnt say "because" of CRA, I said they used plans like that as justification to do what they did.

I was speaking with the Regional VP of US Bank last week about how safe my money was with his bank. He showed me the facts...US Bank is solid. But he shared some horror stories with me about what BOA was doing down in California over the years and CRA was brought up in the conversation.

From what I heard, many in BOA should be in jail.
