No doofus. It's not complicated at all. You can't explain squat, because if CRA is the cause of the problem then the problem would have shown up decades ago. How dense do you have to be not to see that?

As for forcing "banks" to make loans, be specific. Which banks? CRA applies to "savings and loan" establishments and the areas where they are chartered. Hardly any of those establishments aren't involved in this meltdown.

Why don't you just say what you really mean? If they weren't forced to lend n***ers and sp**s money to buy houses there would be no problems. Say it and be proud. Why beat around the bush?

But that ain't the problem at all, is it? No one forced these unscrupulous motherfu**ers to lend money. They did it to pump up there bottom lines and walk away with billions in lucre. Go after the greedy asswipes that wrote the mortgages. Let me know if you find a single f*cking one of them that was subject to the CRA.
