Oh..... the b shares will be restricted. This restriction is yet to be made public. My guess is the restriction is that you can not sell them for some time (maybe 6 months?....So, these B shares would be of interest to 'long hold' investers... we will see soon.. but they will be valuable...... This play was to root out the short sellers, but was also a PR gimmick not so different than when they gave us 30% 'faithful shareholder' bonus a couple months ago..... these guys are good at what they do as far as PR and getting media attention....... (good for us as the stock in always in the news)......
