Octus Inc. (OTCBB:OCTI), under the banner of Octus Energy, seeks to establish itself as a leader in the alternative energy creation and conservation industries based on its “Repower, Renew, Results” strategy, executed through two platforms:

- Projects: Capitalize, own and manage renewable energy and energy efficiency projects through the creation of special purpose entities and the execution of power purchase agreements and energy savings agreement (performance contracting). For example, Octus will seek to organize the financing, installation and operation of PV (solar) and energy efficiency systems for public school districts, at no out-of-pocket cost to the district. - Products: License, acquire and commercialize industry-leading energy efficiency products, including lighting, lighting controls, HVAC systems, and water heating. Octus does not engage in R&D, but rather leverages its relationships with leading energy-efficiency research institutions and organizations in the U.S. and China.
