DPDW on the move,, to a NEW Headquarters..

"The new location will provide needed space for Deep Down's corporate operations, including its chief executive officer, chief financial officer, chief acquisition officer, operations, business development, investor relations, and their support staff."

Is this a rental or are they going into more DEBT to pay for this move.. What was wrong with the old space and a office structure could be rented from GE and put on the existing property.. Now that they are moving who's minding the store..?? They will probably find a new face to come aboard with welding exp and give hime $1.50 options.. This space was probably on the books before the PP but as usual there was no notation for the Lia.. on the books.. Space in thier area is now around $0.45 SQ FT NNN a month.. I wonder what this cost and being that it's new,, when was the lease signed or when was it contracted for.. Just what is needed in this phase of the Oil boom/Bust cycle.. It looks like something that came out of the stimulus plan.. Sucking up..???
