Most of these sales occurred before HANS made another ne all time high on June 18th, not sure about the june 22 announcement of the planned sale. By the way, I count only 1.6 Mm shares, but still quite remarkable since to company has only 10/11 MM shares outstanding. As long as it holds above the $17.75 on a closing basis, I'll continue playing it, if it ain't broke, don't fix it, and that one has been a very nice ATM.
