The Germans claim that naked shorting is illegal in their bourses as well, so listing companies on the BBB would require the sponsoring brokers to actually come into the US market to build some inventory first. Of course, I don't know the German rule and the extent their SEC equivalent has any teeth, maybe some of our Deutchland based threadsters can chime in on that issue. I just wanted to make sure that not too many of my favorite trading vehicles trade there (in the darkness is I cannot observe what is happening). Could not find many, apart of HANS.
