Learned about this particular Business Model, As brad just stated on the SWYV thread, this is a legal scheme created by the Congress under the nose of the SEC, to create jobs (paraphrased).....such a Bummer....it requires bag holders of common shares with a cargo load of DEBT (previous and current) packed into each, now the weight of Lead......fascinating really....but IMO, a terrible Business Model...

Learned that there is always wolves in sheeps clothing.... lurking everywhere....learned to flip it or swing it !!!!
